Conference attendees who have volunteered to support others in their conference experience are designated by the orange button they wear on their conference lanyard/badge. These individuals are ready to assist in the following ways:
Answering questions and providing assistance regarding the schedule, venues, or sessions.
Directing guests to various locations within the venues, such as conference rooms, restrooms, and dining areas.
In the case of the “Volunteer Drivers” assisting with transportation between venues.
Addressing more sensitive and serious concerns attendees might have by communicating these concerns through the proper channels.
